There was not a point in the house hunting process that we felt rushed or steered just for her to close a deal. She was very thorough with explaining the pros/cons of every house we considered; she provided comparative market analysis; thoroughly and promptly answered all our questions. As a result, our second offer got accepted without waiving critical part of the house buying process (e.g., appraisal, inspections) and not offering significant amount above listed price —rare in this current market. Kristie and team helped me both buy my property when I moved to Alexandria and sell my property when I departed.
