I’ll keep the review as short and sweet as possible. Kristie made this process incredibly simple. The 2021 market was terrible for first time homebuyers for several reasons. Nevertheless, whether the homes we saw, and/or put offers on, were on the high end of my budget or the low end, she made every effort to make sure I was as informed as possible.

She was flexible, attentive, communicative and effective with her efforts and I do not think I would have been able to get this place without Kristie’s expertise. Buyers remorse has been nonexistent in my life.

From the initial down-payment on our new home in Haymarket Virginia, in September 2020 to settling and moving to it in June 2021, our realtor, Lisa Anders, has been absolutely invaluable. Kristie, from DCMDVA Homes, is one of the most patient and positive people my wife and I have ever worked with. She made our home buying experience the best it could have been, especially in such an unprecedented market.
